Arts for a Complete Education/Florida Alliance for Arts Education
(ACE/FAAE)
Since 1989, ACE/FAAE has united educators, artists, community leaders,
concerned citizens, arts education organizations, arts institutions
and corporate partners to ensure Florida’s students a complete
education that includes the arts. Through the arts, the quality of
life for all Floridians is improved and enhanced. Programs and opportunities
of ACE/ Florida Alliance for Arts Education reach all corners of the
State and touch thousands of lives each year. We bring schools and
communities together to improve, enhance and promote arts education.

Our MISSION is:
To improve, enhance, and promote arts education in Florida.

For every child in every school to have a well-rounded education that
includes a comprehensive, sequential, high-quality program of arts
instruction; and for all Florida communities to have broad-based
cultural programs available to support lifelong learning in and through
the arts.
Our GOAL is:
To build a strong and unified voice for arts education in Florida.
About Arts for a Complete
Education/Florida Alliance for Arts Education (ACE/FAAE):
- ACE/FAAE is a statewide alliance of more than 30 arts education,
arts and education associations, organizations, businesses,
and cultural institutions; 24 local ACE Coalitions, which work in collaboration
with local arts agencies, arts educators, and community advocates.
- ACE/FAAE is a catalyst for advancing the quality of student
instruction in arts education programs by identifying needs and opportunities;
a provider of professional development and recognition programs; facilitator
of networking opportunities among schools, practicing artists, and community
arts and arts education resources; and disseminator of resources to improve
education through the arts.
- The state office of ACE/The Florida Alliance for Arts Education
is located at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
