FAAE is on a mission to ensure that every student in Florida has a complete education which includes the arts. The arts are essential to educating the whole child, providing avenues for expression and for understanding and appreciating the world in which we live. Research continues to show the many ways that students benefit from arts education.

Please join us on this mission. There is a membership level for everyone -- from students and individuals to organizations and philanthropists.

When you or your organization join FAAE, you lend your financial support and you add your voice to the chorus of voices supporting arts education for every Florida student. Florida's students deserve arts education; your membership can help us ensure they receive it.

Benefits of Membership

Individual members receive the FAAE newsletter, updates on state and local issues and education policy, arts-specific professional development opportunities, and the latest research and best practices in arts education, as well as special registration rates for programs and events. See the chart below for detailed benefits for each membership category.

In addition to the Individual benefits described, Group Memberships provide special registration rates for all FAAE programs and events. Member schools, school districts, and arts organizations will have the opportunity to showcase student work and arts education materials at any FAAE event.

Per section 288.0656, a rural county is a county with a population of 75,000 or less, a county with a population of 125,00 or less which is contiguous to a county with a population of 75,000 or less, or any municipality within a county as described above. REDI has identified Baker, Bradford, Calhoun, Columbia, DeSoto, Dixie, Flagler, Franklin, Gadsden, Gilchrist, Glades, Gulf, Hamilton, Hardee, Hendry, Highlands, Jackson, Jefferson, Lafayette, Levy, Liberty, Madison, Nassau, Okeechobee, Putnam, Suwannee, Taylor, Union, Wakulla, Walton, and Washington Counties as rural.

The Florida Alliance for Arts Education (FEID #59-2563990) is recognized as exempt under Section 501(c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
